I am very happy with my clean today. Ryan came and did 2 hours on his own and what a fantastic job. Smells lovely, attention to detail and everything done and exceeding expectations of other cleans that are normally carried out by 2 cleaners. Hard Working
Took the 8 hours recommended for an initial clean. Wasn't quite enough time for the whole house. They managed to get through all but one bedroom but they worked really hard and really pleased with the end result. We have signed up for a regular fortnightly clean and if its of the same quality as the initial one, we will be happy.

Thorough Job
I have used their services for a while and have no complaints. The ladies do a thorough job and better than I would be able to do myself. We work full time while caring for a small child with additional needs. To be able to handover the housecleaning to professionals has eased our load, especially in these challenging times.

I used Kingsmaid three times a week for months and they did an amazing job every single time. It was the same team every clean which meant we got to know them well. They often helped out with extras such as letting the dog in too. Cannot recommend Amanda and Paul enough!

Gaynor is a Gem!
I have never had a permanent cleaner and was a bit apprehensive about having a stranger in my house. I have now had Gaynor for quite a while and she is a gem.She is a very kind and hardworking person and nothing is too much for her. I always look forward to my next clean.

I have had a regular service from Kingsmaid for many years. I rely on them to make my life easier. The cleaning standard is always very high and the staff are all lovely- both the cleaners and the office. I particularly want to praise sue who does an amazing job and is so pleasant to have around, if she isnt ever able to come then her replacements are good too, Eva is also a favourite, both have been with the company for many many years. The girls in the office are always so cheery and polite, a pleasure to deal with.

Highly Recommended
My entire experience with Kingsmaid has been a pleasurable one. I live with my son and his wife and they have a regular booking. The office staff are friendly and very helpful.
The cleaners arrive as promised, fully equipped to do the tasks requested.
The house is a tidy house but they always make such a difference to the way it looks and feels. With 3 adults and 2 under 5's in the house it needs keeping on top of! some people think having a cleaner is a luxury but for us, all working, it allows us valuable free time. You don't have to think about cleaning with Kingsmaid, they know what to do, bring all the stuff they need and just get on with it. A few things that stand out about them are the products are cruelty free, we are animal lovers and this is important to us, the staff are polite and respectful of your things, they seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs which makes a difference. Cleaning is cleaning but its the extra bits that make the difference and make it a good service.

Can't Fault This Company
I spent a full morning last week trying to book a cleaning service and spoke to countless companies- Kingsmaid being the last- I wish they had been first!

The lady on the end of the phone was friendly and efficient - the phone actually being answered was a plus point, many others didn't bother! The fact that she was polite and knowledgeable was a bonus!
I took her advice and booked a 4 hour clean which has now taken place..
The cleaners were excellent- equally polite and knowledgeable as the young lady who took my booking.

The standard of their work was high and they worked quickly but thoroughly, completing all the requested tasks within the given time.
They did extra things that I wouldn't have thought to ask for that made the service spot on.
It was exactly as I had hoped it would be from start to finish, no issues and no problems.
I am delighted with this service and will continue to use Kingsmaid -

The office staff are good, always happy to help to rearrange cleans or pass on any extra instructions. I use their key holding service so I don't have to be in if its not convenient. It is great to come home to a clean home. Would recommend

Thorough and Trustworthy
After booking an initial clean to clear up after some building work I decided to book a regular service because I was really happy with my first clean.
My regular clean is everything I had hoped it would be. The cleaners are cheerful and hardworking. They follow the list I leave for them to the letter and clean well. They have a key to my house which is useful because I don't have to be there.

Thank you Kingsmaid for the clean you did at my parents house. They are elderly and quite vulnerable, I was really concerned about getting 'strangers' in to clean their house but as I don't live locally there really wasn't any other option. I was quite shocked by the state of their house when I last visited and decided I had to do something, despite their protestations that they didn't need help. A neighbour recommended Kingsmaid so I thought I'd give them a go whilst I was around to see what the service was like.
The lady on the phone - Sue I think? Was lovely, very reassuring. The ladies that came to clean the house did a great job, worked miracles really. They were great with mum and dad and they felt really comfortable having them there. They now have a regular service, which gives me peace of mind when I can't visit and mum
and dad are happy with it too.
