General Clean

This is suitable for properties that are regularly cleaned - a ‘keep on top of clean’.

Subject to enough time being booked, we will complete the following tasks:

• Dust surfaces (moving and dusting ornaments etc.)
• High dusting (where accessible)
• Wipe surfaces and cupboard doors in kitchen (moving and wiping the hob, outside of kettle, toaster etc.)
• Clean sanitary wear in bathroom, clean any shelves etc.
• Vac and/or mop floors
• Plump any cushions, remake any unmade beds etc. (bedding changes if required)
• Wipe the outside of the front door
• Empty bins (please advise on recycling and colour coding of bins)

Thorough Clean

This is a deeper clean, many of our customers have thorough cleans from time to time alongside their General Clean.

It may be beneficial to have a Thorough Clean as your initial clean before moving on to regular General Cleans.

Thorough cleans include all of the above, subject to enough time being booked, PLUS:

• Move items such as sofas to clean behind and vac underneath (subject to sofa being easy to move)
• Remove sofa cushions and vac
• Dust woodwork (skirting boards, door frames, doors)
• Internal windows
• Bathroom tiles (where accessible)
• Kitchen tiles
• Hob & wipe out oven
• Light fittings, light switches, bulbs
• Blinds

End of Tenancy / Moving in-out / Spring clean:

all the above plus (extra time will be needed if the property is not empty).

This is a ‘top to bottom clean’.

It is particularly important when a tenancy deposit is at stake to ensure that enough time is booked to complete the full clean.

We advise you check your agreement for any additional requirements.

As standard, subject to enough time being booked, in addition to all the areas in the thorough and general clean we will complete the following tasks:

• Inside kitchen cupboards and other cupboards in property
• Wardrobes and drawers
• Inside fridge, freezer (subject to being defrosted), dishwasher, washing machine and microwave
• Wipe down all UPVC window frames (internal)
